Ingredients You’ll Need
1 bag of broccoli, fresh or frozen
1 onion, chopped
1 can of cream of mushroom soup
1 (8 oz) block of cream cheese
1 sleeve of Ritz crackers
1 stick of butter, melted
How to Make It
Steam the broccoli until it’s about ¾ cooked so it is still a bit firm since it’ll finish baking in the oven.
In a large bowl, mix together the broccoli, chopped onion, cream of mushroom soup, and cream cheese until creamy and combined.
Spoon the mixture into a greased casserole dish, spreading evenly.
Crush the Ritz crackers and combine them with the melted butter. Sprinkle the cracker mixture evenly over the casserole.
